This book is something I wish I could have had as a resource 10 years ago. It would have saved me unnecessary stress and wasted energy, but I suppose we're all meant to experience certain painful things in all their raw "glory." But if you're reading this and are experiencing an agonizing, unwanted break-up right now, take seeing this review as a sign that you should buy this book. It's incredibly insightful and accurate, AND has some great moments of humor. It's a fast read and completely worth it!

I love this book, it's a fast read. I am a LMFT, I found myself recommending friends to Lanie's website when they need a boost. Why I really enjoyed this recent one... it's fast, easy to read and make so much sense. It's actually really supportive and gives good information, it doesn't tell you to wait and see, it actually tells you keep going... Live life. BE HAPPY. So good and help mend the heart, at the same time giving back some control. Break ups are not easy, but this actually is like guideline, wish I read this during past break up. I will be recommending to friends... LOVE..

The advice in this book sounds good. Only time will tell if it works and I get my ex back.

Short, sweet, honest. A great read right after a break up. I should have read this immediately after. Now I know better.

This book delivers a practical account and perspective on breaking up.Each chapter is filled starts with a different quote that sets the tone and encompasses the chapter. The author's firsthand accounts provides deeper insight into the situation. It is very clearly explained, to the point and practical.I really liked the fact, that the author kept the emphasis on empowering the person (woman) suffering from the breakup but not in a victimizing way, more as a means to empower.A nice bonus is the extra resources provided via the MP3 meditations, well dine Ms. Lanie.

I've read ebooks year and years ago from Tigress Luv (whom by the way is simply an Amazing Author hands down one of the best) and all of her work seems to come off of random parts of tigress luv's books! But I Guess you cant say to many different things relating to these subjects! Great Author But I highly Recommend Tigress Luv 100% No offense!

I am a fan of Lanie's, and in this book she does not disappoint! She lays out very clearly the steps needed to work through to decide *if* you really should try getting your ex back. Then she reminds you constantly that you are an empowered woman, worthy of the best relationship you can visualize. She helps you to assess the relationship - and your ex - and gives concise, no-nonsense advice about how to go about winning them back. Recommended!

Lanie Stevens has done it again!! As always she is straight and too the point and offering the advice that we all need to hear. This book is a very quick read and can be completed within an hour. The book talk about no contact, how to respond when he finally comes back and most importantly loving yourself first. You might even discover that he's not worth it at all.
