Excellent Tool for Fork Seal Installations
Running the risk of gouging the inner diameter of your brand new oil seals during installation is one of the occupational hazards of working on forks. An easy mechanic‘s trick to avoid this is to use a plastic bag or baggie secured with a rubber band over the fork down tube, praying the bag does not rip. The Motion Pro bullet makes it much easier and quicker to install your oil seals. The tapered head allows you to easily begin sliding the oil seal down onto the fork tube while the sleeve portion protects the inner diameter of the seal until you are well positioned onto the down tube. If you work on multiple motorcycle brands with different size forks, the eight piece Motion Pro Bullet Set is an invaluable tool, saving you labor time in always having the proper tool on hand. Very Handy for fork seal installation!
easier to use than seyran wrap or plastic bags to prevent cutting the lip of the seal when installing on forks. Would reccomend the to anyone. many sizes included. Used these on rebuilding fork seals on kx250f and also the small kx85 bike. Great product. Makes the job quicker and easier without running the risk of damaging a seal before the job is getting started!
