Large Gear Bag is best for a medical kit
Bag seems to be good quality construction though the Molle on the back is a literal joke. Otherwise this bag is GREAT for a medical kit. Not the "medical bag" but the "large gear bag." Fit's inside a backpacking backpack flat so easy to pack. TONS of little storage areas to keep your medical organized. I'm going to give it a couple coats of waterproofing spray for good measure and should be good to go for many years!

Best bag I could find
I bought and returned multiple bags before sticking with this one. All the pockets are very handy and the size is perfect. The only con I will say is the straps seem a little cheapโฆ I wish they were stiffer. But they work, just seems like it could be tighter in the mole system.

Works well as a toiletries bag
I saw this and decided I'd give it a shot. The price was good and I love to keep my gear organized. When I got it I wasn't sure what I'd use it for. I received it about a week before leaving on a visit to Japan for a few weeks. So it sat there in my living room and I kept looking at it. Then tried it with my camera gear but just didn't work. Then I tried it with my toiletries and it's a win. Fit everything I need for my trip with room to spare. Build quality seems good. I'll edit my review once my trip is over if it failed but it's looking good so far. I know this bag is meant for First Aid supplies but as a former EMT I don't really see the benefit of all the different pockets and slots. I suppose if you really get to know the bag it could hold a variety of items but I think it's overkill and too much to dig through if you're dealing with trauma. Especially if you had to explain where something is to a second person while you have your hands busy. But thats my take. Doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you. Overall, I dig the bag so far.

Not Big enough!
More than adequate for the basic stuff. But as a medic, I always want to put more into it. Great bag. Strong straps. Good internals. Good color. Should last a long time. I have attached it to another ammo/small parts bag that is also Red. This allows me to take non-medical gear anywhere without anyone getting nosy!

Great Layout but Poor Quality
This review is for EPG Tactical Molle EDC Organizer - Large Black Modular Survival Bag with First Aid Pouch (ASIN B09DQZ9VNL). This looked like it has a lot of utility from the photos. It has a good layout, multiple zippered compartments, and several different sized compartments overall. So, I ordered it. Unfortunately, the quality just isn't there. It doesn't hold its shape very well. The zippers are very low quality and cumbersome to use. The internal zipper pull tabs keep flopping out and getting caught up with the external zipper. The adjustable MOLLE straps on back are not sewn in. They are loose, which I knew ahead of time. But, the straps are so narrow compared to the loops that the bag slides back and forth quite a bit. I was really disappointed. The design is great, but the execution is not good.

Compact size, seems good quality so far. I would recommend.
Fits/organizes small hand tools, then fits in my back pack which I carry daily. No purse for me, back pack it is and this works well. I want tools handy if I need them for emergency. From Leatherman to tiny eye glass screwdriver. Pretty sure I finally found what works for me. I am going to see if emergency sewing kit might fit.

Great ability to transfer things from pack to pack
Good flexible bag for moving essentials from one pack to another. I hunt, fish, 4wheel, and hike a lot. Needed something modular to transfer from pack to pack. This organizes all the small stuff. I took off the molle straps on the back cause none of my packs are molle. Itโs a keeper.
