I have only used it a few times so far. So good so far. It was gentle in my stomach and didn’t have a bad flavor and it also dissolved well in my water. I didn’t have trouble mixing it! Can’t wait to start being more consistent with this supplement.I love the quantity that they give! A super great value for the money paid! This brand has been great so far!

I’ve been using this creatine for a while, and so far I really like it. It mixes easily and has no flavor, so I can mix it with water or any other drink without any problems. Each serving provides 5 g of creatine monohydrate, which is exactly what I was looking for. The container also has plenty of servings, and for the price, I think it’s a great option. But it's not bad and the scooper is like I believe a teaspoon size and it says to take one of these a day on the neutral cost "unflavored creatine monohydrate"

It has everything a good creatine product should have. Only negative is that it really does not dissolve, despite being micronized. It goes into suspension so if you take too long to drink it, it “falls out” and you have to keep re- stirring. You always loose a tiny bit at the bottom. However, unlike some reviews, I still find it tasteless and easy to drink, and I’ve never seen it clump. I may try one other that is supposed to really dissolve. If it’s the same as this, I will return to this one. I have a lot of “respect” for this one.
