M3769 #8 Hard Mantle

This mantle fits the propane lights I have in my mountain cabin. In searching for the right replacement mantle, the dimensions of the ceramic support ring that were included in the Amazon product description gave me confidence that I had the right one. There is one that has a smaller inside diameter that would not fit my lights. This product is completely satisfactory. Automotive is not a valid category for this item.

Been using these products for years at our hunting camp that is over 3 miles from any kind of electricity. The camp has mainly gas lighting the old fashen way and these mantles work just fine in our light fixtures.

These were received quickly but don't know about the quality or how long the will burn. Liked what I received though!

The mantle was torn upon opening the box! The ceramic mounting ring is grossly oversized and in no way will it fit onto my fixture. I opened this box because it looked like it had already been opened/restocked. I bought two. The second box looks good but I'm afraid to open it because I know it won't fit and to ship it back is too costly. It would be nice to know what a #8 is. A comparison chart would help. Truly a waste of money on my part.

Had o return the items and there it cost me return postage. My fault, but then hoe many know there are several mantel sizes? I did not, so that kind of info needs to be in the add.

i expected these to come in a pack of two, as that is normally how Mantle's are sold. had to order a second one

Too big for my gas lamp. Would have worked otherwise

These are will made mantles that are packaged well, install easily, and burn bright. The best I have used.
