Excellent product.We were getting on a plane and realized that the house/pet sitter didn’t have a key😳After installing this we will never again have to worry about anyone getting locked out.A fair price for a quality product, and the install was simple and fast.Highly recommended!

Purchased this for the shed, and for a lock not made by any of the big name brands my expectations weren't real high. However i was pleasantly surprised when i unboxed it and felt the quality of it. The quality of the lock, keys, tags etc is right up there with any of the big brand names.Installation was very simple, the holes and latch of my Australian door exactly matched this lock so i did not need to make any alterations to the door frame or door itself except one thing. It says this lock accomodates doors from 35mm to 55mm thick. My door was only 33mm thick, so when the screws were done up it didn't make the inside and outside latches clamp together tight.I could of possibly cut 3mm off the 3 screws and off the square spindle, but i decided to use a thin sheet of plywood. I traced around the big internal rubber grommet to make a plywood backing plate with some screw holes i drilled in it. This sits on the interior side of the door between handle and door.So after getting it installed i setup the TTLock app. No issues with that, and i added the RFID cards, custom pin codes, fingerprints and physical keys.It works perfectly, i absolutely love it. Not having to remember (and loose) keys all the time is so awesome!Also to those few who have said they occasionally have issues with the fingerprints not picking up. Try making 2 or 3 profiles for yourself. So you haveTroy 1: Tip of thumbTroy 2: Middle of thumbTroy 3: Base of thumbThis way your entire thumb is mapped, and no matter how your thumb lands on the lock it should register.Enjoy! I've been using this smart lock for about 6 months and I am very happy with it. First, it is made robust. It is sturdy. No loose or shaky in any place. The handle still moves smoothly. Second, it has all the key features. 99.9999% of the time, I am using my finger print. This is the best way to unlock and open the door as your left thumb sits right on the fingerprint reader when you hold the handle with left hand (or wise versa if your door opens the other way around). However, a couple of times, I did some rough work with my hands and my finger prints were not easy to ready. In those cases, I have used the mobile app. This third alternative is the small RF cards which can be attached to a key chain. And of course the last resort is the physical key which you can leave a your car as a back up plan in-case batterie die out. Having said that, the lock gives you warnings when the batteries are low. And the last point, this smart lock is very stylish.

Lock is extremely easy to install. All parts included with clear instructions. Requires usb hub to allow remote access. Fits commercial doors. Fingerprint ready can get iffy after some time hence the 4 stars. Works well for securing office spaces.

I now have three of these, they work great and paired with the gateway easily- I used the upload from other lock to get everything from the first one to the other two. it has a feature (passage mode) that on certain days/ hours that I set, it will stay unlocked until that time frame is expired- you can also set the auto lock times as well.

Handle trash locked or had to break in the door it read the thumb print and key yet the unlocking mechanism wouldn’t open the door only the unlock alert smh this cost way too much not to lady any time

I have 3 Kucacci door locks and now installed this one. I like their products as everything is included to make it and easy install. Mine connect to the TTlock application which is perfect for me. I can remotely lock and unlock each lock.Customer support is great. I had one lock go bad and it was covered by the Kucacci one-year warranty. This very unusual on Amazon that a company offers a one-year warranty and actually communicates with its customers. I know that technology keeps changing, and in a couple years there will be all sorts of new devices. That is why these under $100 locks are such a great deal in the market today.
