Love the convenience, and taste. I use it before and after a hard workout or yard work on hot summer days to stay hydrated. This a very effective product.

First time buyer if this product but will definitely buy again. Grape is my favorite flavor and the taste is incredible. I am not sure about whether I will try other flavors as grape is my favorite flavor in drink products. It dissolves very well in cold bottled water with some bottle shaking (as indicated on the label).

I'm not an expert or anything but, I do love this product...my favorite flavor is the grape.I can definitely tell the difference in my hydration level when I use this (I live in the desert so this helps me stay hydrated)

Update: Just bought the raspberry flavor and this one did have a scoop in it. The grape one did not. I'll bump my review to 4.5 stars. I do like this product.- - - - -Decent taste. Too little water and it's a bit much, too much water it has no taste. Find the right amount for the taste that is the most pleasant imo. The container is smaller than I thought I would receive, but fine as long as it has the right number of servings. That said, the instructions note the serving size is one scoop - but there is no scoop in the container. Maybe one isn't suppose to be in there but there is nothing else I see about how much to place in a glass of water. I ended up using their serving size, around 3.6 grams I think and then looked up how many grams does a teaspoon hold. Kind of crazy to have to do this I feel.

I bought this for fasting based on Dana White’s recommendation but didn’t use it for that purpose. Our family of 4 took this on a 3-week European vacation during the height of intense record setting summer heat. This was a top 3 item for my packing list and we used it everyday in our water bottles and it was priceless in keeping us hydrated during long hot walking tours. We all enjoyed the grape flavor, it dissolved easily and the taste of stevia was not noticeable.
