Exact replacement for OE front differential rear bushing that has probably already failed in your H3. Hear a clunk when you accelerate from a stop, or shift from park to reverse? It's probably this bushing. Getting the old bushing out is a bit of a chore, but there are several ways to do it depending on whats in your toolbox. I ended up using a 5lb sledge and a chisel to collapse the old bushing and pop it out, but a sawzall or press or air hammer would all work too. Once the old one is out just clean up the hole in the crossmember, put a little grease on the outside of the new bushing, and use a ball joint or hydraulic press to press it into the crossmember. I stacked up a half dozen washers to fill the gap between the inner and outer sleeve flanges right where the cutouts are before pressing the bushing into the crossmember. This keeps the rubber of the bushing from taking the full force from the press. Worked like a charm, no damage to the flanges or the rubber and the bushing pressed in flush.

Wasnt sure if it would actually work but fit well save blowing 500 or so on on new crossmember
