I love Alyssa and this book. She explains each soul age so well and really goes into depth about each one. If you are a mature or old soul this book will make 100% sense to you right off the bat, it just feels right and familiar. For each soul age she provides affirmations, a mudra, mantra, guided meditation, and a centering exercise to help you heal wounds, if any, that are present from each soul age. On a personal level, this book has helped me to understand soul ages and development better and has allowed me to cease judgement of myself and others. I have gained so much self love, gratitude, and openness that I don't recognize the person I was even a year ago (her podcast has helped immensely). This book has helped me to understand aspects of me that are unhealed and my personal journey on a much deeper level. Each and every person is on a journey that is different from our own therefore, I try to see every person for who they truly are and not for who they think they are according to their ego. We are all here for the same reason and that is to learn and grow so we can move into the next phase of our soul's development. I no longer see "bad" in anyone or anything, I just see it as an opportunity to help humans realize their true sovereign nature. I still have a lot of work to do, but I have never felt this close to my true self in my 26 years on this beautiful planet. I initially discovered Alyssa on Spotify, she has an amazing podcast channel that she does with her partner, Zack. They are both wonderful and explain things so well, the podcast is called Raw Spirituality Podcast. I highly recommend looking it up and listening. They have completely changed my life, my veil has been lifted, I am no longer walking through life with my eyes shut. Living in duality can be uncomfortable and difficult at times, but I would never want to go back to being asleep. Gratitude is the bridge from where you are to where you want to be. I was weary about this book before reading it but it made so much sense! Great book! Easy read, too.

If you are on your awakening stage, this is a great guide. It is so helpful and easy to understand.

A few months ago I would have never been open to this book. But I had an experience that caused me to question everything I thought before. The veil to the other side was pierced in a way that had never happened in my life before. And that experience led me to this book. This book has helped me to see why I am the way I am. And why my family is so different. My frustrations are being relieved. My worries, my guilt over not fitting in all making so much more sense now thanks to this book. It has brought light and warmth and helped to slowly melt many of my worries and fears. And it just makes sense. When you read it, you will quickly see what soul group you are a part of and you will see why you have had conflicts/frustrations or gotten along well with others in your life. It will open your eyes to many things unseen. I feel my life is back on track now after reading it. I am looking forward to doing the author's wonderful meditation practices. Having done intense meditation for over 10 years through various teachers, I can say that that this author's practices are some of the most potent and bondage dissolving I have come across. I will be looking forward to doing them much more. The author of this book is pure light and love. And she is bringing it to the world so we can all remember that we are too.

I couldn't put this book down and as soon as I finished, started to read it again. I now have more understanding of myself and the other people in my life. Alyssa is so kind to share her knowledge in such a clear and interesting way. I'm so excited to have come across Alyssa and her teachings at this stage of my spiritual journey. Easily relatable, enjoyable and educational. This is a great book to help us understand and accept each other's differences with compassion and without judgment. Will stand as one of my favorites and will refer back to it often.

Anyone who has been curiously drawn to spirituality outside of organized religion, healing of their past traumas or enlightenment of any sort needs to read this book. Not only does it present you with a wonderful opportunity to understand yourself more it presents you with the opportunity to understand people who you never thought you would be able to understand. Truly a must-read for anyone on their spiritual journey.

This book belongs among the most resonant and valuable books on spirituality I have ever read. It's message was the perfect one for me at the perfect time. The languaging is clear and concise ; the content relevant and relatable. The message is inclusive and honoring unlike some new age narratives which seek to stroke the ego with a sense of "specialness." As an intuitive life coach, I am thrilled to have it to recommend to clients who are new to a spiritual path and energy work as well as to seasoned adepts and practitioners.

Lots of information that resonates with my old soul and there are practical exercises to follow.
