Works very nicely for scanning pictures and documents. Consider rechargeable batteries, this can use quite a few.

Earlier I wrote a review that was 1/5 for the fact that this device requires an external plug-in card that it wasn't listed, and I wouldn't have purchased this device if I'd known otherwise... Now that I have the card required to 'run' this device... I still wouldn't purchase it.Long story short. This device doesn't work. My version of Windows (10) didn't recognize this device despite the fact their website said it would. I'm fairly tech-savvy and I'm 100% sure everything's rigged how it's supposed to be, but when I plug it in, windows says it malfunctioned and isn't recognized. So ultimately this device cannot be used with or without the external data drive that it requires (which can be expensive in its own right).I want my money back. Period. This thing is absolute garbage. And this has been a frustrating, costly experience as a result... I'd rate this thing 0/5 if that was possible as this thing's essentially an expensive paperweight. After this, I can safely say I will never buy anything by this company ever again.
