The Zuma comes with 9 pedal cables (5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel connectors, center negative, right angle to straight cables). The Detachable IEC power cable is also included. - NOISE

No, it does not come with any way to mount it

Q: Can this be charged or does it need to be plugged in to work?

The power supply needs to be plugged in. Then it can power 9 pedals. I have found this to be the best power supply on the market.
