1kg, 2.2lbs Bag Orange Indicator Silica Gel Desiccant 2-4mm Beads - Dehumidify - Flower Drying - 3D Printing - Storage

I've been using these for a while now and keep ordering more! These absorb moisture really well, and last long time - you can reactivate them by heating on the oven or microwave (dedicated) so you can reuse them for a long time! Size is perfect to use in filament spools or AMS units. They are easy to use and quite good value for money.

Bought to use in my AMS units for my X1C Printer. They are the right size and do just the job to absorb the moisture. They clearly change colour once their absorbency has become less effective. Drying them in the oven or microwave works a charm.

Let me tell you something. Is really working. I've bought this bag to be able to reduce the humidity in my ams for the 3d printer and works amazing. As you can see in the picture the level of the humidity is very low(14%). The size of the beads is perfect. You just have to place them in some sort of semi open/ breathable material and put it where you need to remove the humidity. When they charged with moisture the beads change the colour from orange to dark green. Very easy to use. Definitely recommend.

Does what it says. Absorbs water, rejuvenated after a few minutes in the microwave. Used in the car to absorb damp that was causing the windows to steam up. Worked a treat.

Just added these to the 3D printed containers I have in my AMS that whilst waiting for delivery had silica gel pads in. The humidity for the last 4 days has been around 35% with them and the AMS showing 4 out of 5 for humidity. Literally 15 mins after replacing the pads with the beads, the humidity is down to 9% and the AMS is showing 1 out of 5 for humidity! Recommended. Will follow up how easy to recharge when needed.

I use these beads to keep the filament dry in my Bambu AMS. I 3D printed some porous holders to contain the beads. It’s great that they change colour when they’ve absorbed moisture. And also good that they can be dried out and used again.

Bought to use for filament drying with 3d printing, great quantity for the price and amazing that they turn green once ready to be dehydrated, I just pour them into a ceramic bowl and microwave. They keep my AMS filament around 5-10% humidity.

This desiccant arrived in a resealable zip-lock style pouch full of tiny orange beads that look a bit like 'water beads' - i presume they have a similar base. The pouch I bought was enough to completely fill the five holders that I've fitted into my filament 3d printers material holder, with a full set to spare, so 1kg was plenty to have a batch on-the-go, plus a full one in reserve to swap it out with when it becomes saturated. I really appreciate the fact I can dry it out and reuse it too - less waste!

En commandant ce produit j'étais sceptique, mais au final ça fonctionne très bien , je m'en sert pour l'ams de mon imprimante 3d qui accumulé une humidité au fur et à mesure et des la première heure l'indice d'humidité est redescendu puis le lendemain j'étais au minimum . Ce produit fonctionne vraiment bien Je le recommande

Works great, use it in my filament storage boxes. But after it dries, the color doesn't go back to the way it was at the beginning, but it still works great.
