Useful, right size, support team helped
I find the product immensely useful and use it daily. It is the right size to not be a hassle. The product stopped switching on in three months and the team replaced it under warranty. It took me a while to figure out how to reach them. Turns out support's Zoho Desk email ID is the one that is more useful than their regular support email ID because the Zoho Desk email ID automatically generates a ticket ID. After that it is a smooth interaction with the support team
