Amazing supplement!!!
I've dealt with really bad constipation ever since my Nissen fundoplication, and I've tried so many different things over the years with little success. I've been taking these capsules for the last five days, and I've had a bowel movement every day. That may not sound like a big deal to everyone, but for me it's huge! They're easy to take, haven't upset my stomach, and seem to be helping my body get back into a more regular routine.

Works wonders, I have a thyroid problem that causes a lot of discomfort gas and bloat. But I can only take 1 pill. Try using one and increase as needed it.
