Straps incroyable pour le bench. On peut ajouter 10 à 20kg de plus en étant assez confiant. ça fait office de blocage et même voir de rebond au niveau des coudes.

Great elbow support
I have some neoprene elbow support wraps, but after dislocating my elbow lifting weights, I wanted something stronger. This really fits the bill. You can adjust how you do the wrapping and the material is quite flexible, so you can make the velcro ends match even if your arms are big. These give me quite a bit of confidence with heavy lifting. I'd recommend these to someone who wants really strong elbow support. I should mention that the price is great as well.
