is this usa standard layout?

I ordered it and got the US layout. I think if you get it shipped to a US address then you'll likely get the US layout.

How do i know that they are fully charged !? 🤔

When charging the keyboard or mouse, the led light is red. When they are completely charged, the led light will be off. The manufacturer does say to expend as much battery as possible before recharging. Charging the battery when it hasn't been depleted shortens the life of the battery. You can tell when the keyboard and mouse need charging because their led lights flash ten times when they come out of sleep mode. This happens when you first turn on your source device. (PC, MAC, etc.) Hope this helps.
