No compres esta impresora si estás en México
Si vives en México no compres esta impresora. No hay manera de encontrar cartuchos. De hecho yo cuando se instala no existe México en la lista. Si compras cartuchos genéricos ya no funciona la impresora. Ahora está totalmente inservible y sin poder aplicar garantía porque ya se terminó 😔

O produto veio quebrado, o que parece ser é o cabeçote de impressão, já fiz todas as calibrações e alinhamento mas o problema persiste

Satisfied, fast printing but quality is average
Works well, much better than the Canon it replaced. I was surprised at the print speed, it's very fast. When printing images however the quality is very average, definitely not a printer I'd use to print photos.

Easy to use, good quality copies. Does not print unless it's turned unlike other printers that turn on by istself and prints .

Nice functional printer at a low price-point
At this price-point, the WF-3820 is a winner for a home printer with not much printing volume. It prints well. It was easy to set up the printer and wireless printing from a couple of computers. It uses ink cartridges. While Epson goes to great lengths to advertise/tout its cartridge-free printer models, if you don't print a lot this unit will do fine for you. Did I mention that it's relatively cheap? Has a fax function, but I don't have a landline anymore. It is a bit tall, and you have to open the scanner to access the ink cartridges; so beware if you're putting it in a cabinet or shelf without some decent head room.
