Great quality and beautiful design. Very large and can be used for coffee, tea, and soups. Dishwasher safe and good heat retention for easy handle. I would recommend as a gift or for self.

These mugs are wonderful! This review is for the 20-ounce Winterberry, not the 18-ounce cable knit design. Mine arrived in perfect condition, very well packed and with no flaws. The extra-large capacity is great, they hold heat well and the large handle doesn't get too hot when reheating in the microwave. I love the pattern which is cheerful and not strictly for Christmas; I'll use them all Winter.

These cups were probably my favorite purchase this season! I bought 8 of them. They are really precious with all the amazing detail to design that usually comes with Pfaltzgraff. Everyone loved the generous sized mugs that appeared to have beautiful knitting on them. Ceramic, of course.

This cup is even better than in the photo. It's extra large, a generous weight, has a sturdy handle that is large enough for a man's fingers. It's not "girly", the size and cable pattern makes it perfect for man or woman. I love it!

Gave it to my son & daughter-in-law for Christmas. They loved it! They said the design was just right for their coffee bar. Especially commented on the size. A lot of coffee cups are too small or delicate for today’s needs. These are perfect.

This mug is a great size and I waited 3 months for it. It was out of stock. The painting is a little disappointing for being Pfaltzgraff.

This cup is a nice big size. Ordered this Christmas cup over Christmas holidays it took nearly 6 weeks to deliver. This is poor as Amazon items are usually delivered within DAYS! VERY poor service :-(

I was hoping this mug would be the same size as other Pfaltzgraf I'd ordered and I thought I had the right dimensions but it was slightly smaller. Beautiful mug and the fault is mine for spending this much on a mug in the first place.
