As a horror fan i absolutely LOVE this!! If im honest i wasn’t expecting too much for the price but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised..it arrived very well Packaged and the quality is fantastic..great size,a little tricky to move at first but soon got the hang of it. its well made and has some weight to it, Looks great in my Horror room and I shall be ordering another for a friend.

Absolutely awesome. Great ornamental size. Read a comment how to open and watched a video, just to be sure. Still no Cenobytes yet, phew, I guess they’re biding their time. Its sturdy fits well on stand and is just perfect. Would highly recommend seller and The Lament Configuration.

Whilst the instructional video is helpful (and for me, necessary) it isn't as easy as it's made to look, but that's not really a surprise. With small hands I doubt I'll ever manage it one handed as claimed but it certainly works. I honestly suggest that those giving 1 star because it doesn't separate just haven't got the technique yet; without the video I tried for 30 minutes and wondered if mine was so stiff I'd need to tap it loose with a hammer the first time (at least). Even watching the video and trying for 5 minutes got me nowhere; then a little section started to move and with a bit of thought and more watching, I slid the sections apart as shown and recombined them smoothly finding the 'mechanism' not stiff at all but actually rather slick and smooth. Just remember: 1) It's not supposed to be a massive challenge; if it was they wouldn't tell you how to do it 2) It's tricky if you don't watch the video... and take it calm and slow (I suggest if you can't do it let another couple of people try and see if one of them has that 'knack' you just weren't finding 3) They've sold a lot of these and there aren't that many Cenobites so wait your turn ;) Overall 4/5 stars for a good balance of tricky but doable, but a little undersized compared to the movie and a little plasticky... and I don't think young ages like 1 will appreciate it even if it is safe (actually the corners woud be arather sharp for a child, especially if used to bash another child! Certainly more than worth the money (I believe it used to be £20 but is only £16 now) P.S. Nice little hidey hole because the middle is hollow if nobody else in your household knows the trick but you do!

Just got the box and its awesome, looks far better and heavier than I expected, very easy to change its shape. No Cenobites have appeared so far, but the night is young...lol

Gave as a present, they could not open it, but was determined to. Tried to chest by using a screw driver, they looked at the chest videos on tik tok, they still couldn’t open it. I guess it’s probably on the side table by now. Everyone wants to prove they can do it, nice gift/funny. Price is expensive, get it onto tok shop for £5.00, where I bought my first one. Only brought it on Amazon as wanted quickly, did not have the week to wait.

If you get a 'good copy' this is an excellent show piece and movie talking point. However, the items appear hand painted and it depends on how much effort the worker put-in on each copy which is a shame as the quality can be a bit hit-or-miss. I returned the first and got a second that was much better finished although not perfect. All in all it's quite good value for money though.

Arrived today. Good weight, nice feel and good size. So pleased with this purchase. The puzzle came apart no problem, smoothly and easily. It was simple really after watching a video on YouTube beforehand (just hold two segments that are next to each other on the box and pull with right hand and push with left, if it doesn't work push with right and pull with left - make sure your fingers are on ONE segment each or it won't work. Hope this poor description might help someone.) As a horror fan I am so happy with this box. So good that it comes with a display stand too. If you're unsure if you should buy, I would recommend this product highly for any horror fan. Not really designed for puzzle box enthusiasts who like complex puzzles as it is so simple to do, it's really aimed at anyone who likes Hellraiser. Not suitable for young kids due to sharp edges (you know how kids love to hit each other over the head with things), I would say ages 12+ to be on the safe side. If they're younger, why the hell do they want the Lament Configuration from Hellraiser and why are you encouraging it??? ;) In the pictures you can see the box in my (large) hand and next to a 50p coin for scale. No sign of Cenobites yet but when I opened the box my dogs appeared!!! My Verdict 10/10 - Hope this helps in making your decision to buy easier.

Bra kvalitet, känns tung. Kunde inte öppna den, så antar att den är svår öppnad. Den är en present till en vän, så hoppas att han kan öppna den. Men annars nöjd

Simply amazing. So solid and weighty. I love that it can come apart and turn. I've seen so many of these over the years. I even had a wood one. Lesser quality and 10 times the price.

Vraiment bien réalisée, les ajustements de la boîte sont parfaits, au micron-mètre près !! Elle est en métal et fait son poids, ce qui est très appréciable, on sort de la catégorie "jouet". Seul regret (qui n'est qu'un goût personnel), sa taille est un peu petite et les dorures tendent plus vers le orange que le jaune, mais ce n'est vraiment qu'un détail car cette boite est vraiment superbe.
