Love, love, love this bag! It's perfectly sized to carry around everything we need, plus backups and isn't too bulky. The storage capabilities are fantastic and make organizing everything a breeze. Not a huge deal to me, but the included changing pad is complete junk. After 2 washes it was thrown away. My biggest complaint and the reason for 3 stars is that one of the zippers broke after only 2 months. The listing claims a 3 year warranty, but I can't find contact info for them anywhere online. Thankfully the bag was still able to be used as the 2nd zipper still worked, but made use more challenging as it could only be opened and closed from one side. Recently switched to a new bag, which makes me appreciate this one so much more, but a broken zipper just doesn't work on a diaper bag.

Great bag, lots of room. The main zipper on mine broke about 3 months after I bought it. Other than that I was happy with it.

Zipper broke after 3 Mos. Not very good quality and they know it. Other people have this same issue. Buy a different brand.
