its fine and usable I would not say its the best but it gets the job done. I did find the Prestige omega to be a better one than this.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of my recently purchased Wonderchef cookware set and the subsequent customer service experience. I purchased cookware set on 18.Mar.24 and have been using it regularly. Within just one month of use, the outer coating of the cookware has begun to fade significantly. This is particularly concerning given the relatively high price point of your products. When I contacted customer service department to report the issue, I was informed that the outer coating is not covered under warranty. This is extremely disappointing, as I expected a higher level of quality and durability from a brand like Wonderchef. Moreover, I have found the customer service experience to be extremely frustrating. My requests have been closed twice without any resolution or explanation. The representatives I have spoken to have been unhelpful and have failed to provide adequate assistance. I believe that it is unreasonable for a product to deteriorate so rapidly, especially when it is not covered under warranty

Even after tithening screws the handle is cancelled move with greater force as the design of handle is not properly done to get fixed on mounting clip ,thier engeneers need to redesign it with proper manufacturing tolerance fit.

I have gifted this purple one to my sister in law and have purchased black one for myself. This set is super durable, and easy to clean. It is a non-stick cookware, is scratch resistant, is induction friendly and the lid is very useful as we can use it on both kadhai and pan. The colour is pretty too and it is value for money.

I dont like to have to install things. This shouldve come already installed - its just a pan, not furniture Update: even with screwing the handle, the handle is not sturdy and shakes. In manual says flat washer & spring washer supposed to come with screws. Both flat & spring washer was missing Box says scan QR code to register warranty on website. You put in all your information and then theres no button to click “submit”, so waste of time In a separate note, says you need to add thin layer of oil before first use. Again, shouldve already come pre-seasoned. Even the Amazon brand nonstick pots were better quality & comes fitted, the bar is in hell
