Would be a 5-star, except poor/no customer service
The tubes are great, as advertised and very useful with the 100-spot storage unuts we use.HOWEVER: when we got down to the last 100 vials-- we were shorted 14 units in this order--meaning I can not fill my 100-spot specimen case as usual. Tried Amazon- they were not helpful, eventually gave me the sellers email.I have written 3x in the last month-- with absolutely no reply.Was going to order more-- but won't from this seller.
