The blade is 440C stainless steel and the handle is rubber. The sharpness and grip are great.

Definitely not. You can tell the handle is hollow when you flick it or try to balance the knife on your finger. Then again, the original M9 Bayonet knife wasn't full tang, either...

Does it come unpainted

The surface of the blade has a black coating that will not fade.
