Is the ink cartridge for this pen 0.7 mm or less as in Fine Point ?

It’s pretty small about that but I can tell you these pens and refills are worth every penny. They are a godsend for me. I work in health care and I have arthritis in my fingers these are wonderful. Makes writing so easy.

Do these pens for standard ballpoint ink refills?

How long is the necklace?

Fairly long. I don’t have one to measure right now but when I place around my neck, it hangs down to about 8” below my neck.
