The Copper Revolution: Healing with Minerals

I stumbled across Copper Revolutions book and Jason Hommel's FB group by chance(GOD's provenance I believe) while working through healing nerve issues. This is one of the most honest and practical books on health and the topic of copper deficiency and why it is such a big issue. Before reading, I didn't understand how critical copper was...and Jason's explanation will show you why! I love the fact that he points to a Biblical basis(his book starts here)....and points to seeking truth....something we should all be doing, especially on our health journey. Plus, Jason is not pushing/selling anything...most of the so-called health gurus are... that's how you know he's the real deal. Buy the book.... join the FB group, I cant recommend it enough!

My copy of The Copper Revolution is already very high-lighted and well-studied! I have increased my copper intake of this essential but often misunderstood and maligned mineral since enjoying reading this well-researched book. The author has done amazing research and presents the facts so one can easily grasp them. Suffering from weird things that never seemed to clear. I was on the hunt again for remedies and stumbled across Jason's website and started reading. When a pretty big list of my and my families issues came to light, it was time to dig deeper. This is great book with lots of references/studies/etc for those that have to have them. I tend to look to see what people have experienced, to whether I should dig deeper into something. I just finished my first reading and will re-read this many times. If you are not scared to look beyond things that we have been told or taught...this book is for you.

I began following Jason Hommel in May, on his Facebook page many people in his group are seeing improved health by adding copper in small doses throughout the day and incorporating the additional minerals needed to balance everything out.Jason has been personally researching and documenting his journey he has been on for years. Finally a real person explaining in plain English how I can take control of my own health. His book is excellent in explaining how copper and all the additional minerals work together. His quick start guide is a great reference tool I refer to often. I cannot thank him enough for helping me remove the brain fog and increase in my energy. I’ve been taking the full protocol since June and won’t be stopping as I continue to see more improvement in my overall health and cognitive ability.
