EnviroLog Firestarter Cups, 24 Count, for Bonfires, Fire Pits, BBQ Charcoal Grills, Smokers, Wood Fireplaces, & Camping - Made from Recycled Materials

We live in an old farmhouse that’s not super well insulated, so we rely on our woodstove almost daily during the winter season and use these in our wood stove to get fires going most mornings. We tried several different fire starters before we got these, and will never use anything else. This is probably our second year using them, and they work and last for a long time and really do the job well! Plus, they smell nice.

I have tried many different fire starters for my fire pit and I tell you these are the best ever.. I can't wait until they are back in stock because I plan to prder 4 boxes or maybe even 6 boxes. They always seem to sell out fast so I intend to order more then just one box. The price is great also and it's a great value . So if you need fire starter to start your fire pit wood .. These pods work very well and I recommend them to anyone who has a fire pit. Yes and they are easy to use.. I use only two or three in my fire pit and that's it ..... I have a beautiful relaxing warm fire to sit around in the evening .. They don't smell and all.. I only smell the wood that is burning. It's a great firestarter for you fire pit. They are light and just the right size and also easy to light. I'll definately have to share a video next time I prepare my fire pit with these pods.

These work exceptionally well at starting fires. I’ve used them in my wood stove, my charcoal grill, and my bonfire pit. Once lit, they’ve never failed to start a blaze. They keep a flame going for several minutes with plenty of oomph to startup small kindling / coals. They burn very clean.

So I wasn't sure what to think when I got these. It looked like dried up condiment sauce that you would get from a restaurant. I was skeptical but they burn quickly and they burn hot and they work. Would definitely buy them again. And I love that they're cheaper than other brands.

Our mistake that we didn’t check that these wax cups would be so small: only about an inch or so across and the same deep. They work well as fire starters, but we end up using several at a time. Would have been more useful and more cost effective for us to have larger wax cups.

This product makes for a quick, safe (I understand from Amazon's descriptive language for the product), and convenient lighter for my firepit grill. To test one starter cup, I used it to start a small pile of hickory strips burning in the middle of my stack of 17" kiln dried hickory strips. A little poking got the hickory burning evenly. I am pleased with the robust starting flame and the convenience of the little starter cups that I understand do not introduce harmful chemicals to pollute food cooked on the firepit wood-fueled gill.

Envirolog Firestarter Cups work great for starting our indoor fireplace.,although Walmarts price was lower. the delivery was free from Prime, so that was worth it.

I’ve bought 3 or 4 other “firestarters” over the past few years but none have been as good as these. They come as small cups filled with a waxy material that burn quite long (allowing for logs to catch fire). The firestarters have a slightly aromatics fragrance added, but isn’t unpleasant nor does it linger. These firestarters are also easily lit. They are far superior to any others I’ve bought. I only need 1 to start a big log fire, while others I’ve tried have not been as long flaming and/or I need 2, 3, sometimes 4 of others to get a good start to a fire. I would definitely recommend this product!
