Buy once, cry once.
Yes, you can get other RC tools cheaper. Yes, these are expensive for what they are. However... YES, these are THE BEST hex drivers you can buy for your RC stuff. Period. I've been a helicopter mechanic for 30 years; I know a few things about hand tools, and their use on quality fasteners. I also own a couple Arrma 6S RCs, and if you're unfamiliar, Arrma is infamous for their random overuse of threadlocker on their metal-to-metal hardware. While doing the first complete teardown of my v4 Kraton 6S a couple years ago, I broke a Bondhus hex wrench from my home/RC toolbox on the steering saver post bolts, even after liberal use of heat (IYKYK). I brought a Blue Point hex wrench home from my work toolbox to try... and broke that too. While waiting on the warranty replacement from my Snappy rep, I decided it was time to step up to MIP and see if the hype was real. It's real. I've been using these for a little over 2 years now, and not only have they not failed to remove a screw, they have not worn or broken. I will emphasize a couple points: 1. Your hex heads MUST be reasonably clean for the MIP drivers to work. They are precisely sized, and they will not tolerate much sand, dirt, or other grit stuck in the hex head. Use an old toothbrush to clean the hex heads of all your screws before using your MIP drivers on them. 2. MIP's old-school style yellow acetate handles on their hex driver wrenches (for example, the MIP 9502 set) don't work for everyone. I'm one of those people - I prefer a smoother stubby handle with a soft grip that fills the palm; specifically, the Wiha 28103, so I bought the Speed Tips rather than the hex driver wrenches. Bonus: I can swap the Speed Tips between my power driver and my Wiha stubby handle, or drop a 1/4" wrench on as a "cheater bar" of sorts. TL;DR - Buy once, cry once.

Best in the Business!!!!
These are a must have for the rc enthusiast who knows all too well how easy it is to strip out those little allen head screws that hold them together. Something about the extremely tight tolerances and quality materials that these are made out of keeps from stripping the screws. They just lock in there nice and tight and hold up even to being used with power tools. I use them with my dewalt 12v screwdriver, and they are a god send. I used to spend hours drilling out screws and trying every kind of extractor, ez out, you name it, I was pulling my hair out in frustration. These are well worth the hefty price tag, and once you get a set, youll never go back to using anything else ever again.

BUY THEM!! They are worth twice the price.
If you have taken the time to read all the reviews down to this one, then stop reading and buy the tools. Take all the 5 star reviews above mine and I could not say it better. These tools are by far some of the best quality tools I own. I had a screw that was rustd and had thread lock used when it ws screwed into the aluminum. I rounded out my normal hex driver, and it would flex 180degrees as I tried to break the screw loose. I was about to start drilling into the screw to remove it, when the UPS man showed up with these. I put it in a handheld ratchet driver and gave it a twist. NO Flex or twisting in the shaft and the screw broke loose with less effort than I expected. The hex fits the screws like a glove. I couldn't be happier. And when you read that they are expensive, you are right. But a good RC car is expensive too, and you bought that. No reason to use cheap tools on expensive machinery.

MIP beats them all!
Anyone in the hobby knows that MIP makes the best drivers in the industry. Period! I've used PB Swiss, Wiha, and about half a dozen others. Nothing compares to the hardness and durability of the MIPs. Forget those other hobby branded sets by Integy, etc. Get yourself a set of MIPs and you will never need another driver. I recently tried to take the threaded portion out of some pushrods. They were glued in there with some industrial adhesive. I had a PB Swiss on one end and my MIP driver on the other. The first PB Swiss started to turn inside the handle so it became useless. I then grabbed a PB Swiss bit with a wrench to hold it in place. The tip snapped off. My MIP never wavered, never failed. Why would you want to use anything else.

Snug fit and very durable
I've had the handled hex tools for a few years now using them frequently. They still fit perfectly into the screw heads as if I bought them yesterday. They just don't seem to wear in the slightest bit. I'm sure these ones will be the same way. Got them for taking with me out on the trails. I believe that MIP makes the best hexes available. A little expensive, but you can't go wrong.

The best RC tools are MIP, made from hardened steel.
The best RC hex tools on the planet! They are made from hardened steel. Good seller I'd buy from again. Shipped with USPS though... It circled inside my town's USPS hub for three days before they sent it out on delivery.

Works better than cheaper tools - could use some improvements
I got these because I got tired of stripping out screws with the cheaper stuff. I've only used them a few times, but I can tell already that they are a lot better with respect to precision fit and not being so soft that they deform when removing a screw. So A+ there. I'm knocking off a star because there are some obvious improvements that can made. First, the black rubber caps should be different colors and have the size imprinted on them. That way, when you have all the caps off, it is easier to determine which cap goes with which driver. Second, the drivers themselves should come imprinted or laser engraved with their size, so that you don't have to put on the silly sticker that comes with them. I've never, EVER had any other driver that required you to install a sticker so you know what size it is. For the price they charge for these things, these improvements are a no brainer. Overall: They do the job and are an improvement over what I was using before. Hopefully, they will last.

I had used im first set for 6 years before need a replacement and I use them daily. As a hobbyist I have over 40 RC that require tuning ang repairs, so having hardware that doesn't strip screws is a must and these just work!
