Oryx Black Pepper Grinder

Excellent tasting pepper from a woman-owned business in Africa. It has a ceramic grinder so thrre is no risk of ingesting microplastics.

I have only one (very small) criticism about the Oryx black pepper grinder : I don't like feeling stupid! The grinder does not come with directions. I could not figure out how to make it work! First, I had no idea where the pepper would come from. the top does not twist off and twisting the whole top did nothing. Finally--and I admit--it didn't take THAT long--I accidentally discovered that there is a small top on the lid that does come off--thus showing there is some way the pepper comes out that way. Eventually I twisted it the right way and the pepper came out. All they have to do is say--even on a small insert in the box --or written on the outside of the box-- that one needs to pry the small top off the top and THEN twist the whole black cap to release the pepper. It's a simple gadget--so a brief, simple clue on using it would make it perfect.
