What's the largest size nail head will fit in this nailer

The magnetic telescopic collet will take nail heads up to 10mm. If you re like me and based in the UK you should be aware the battery charger 110V not UK 230V so you need to get a 230V Skil charger (hard to get in Europe) or as I did an Amazon supplied Eagle 110v to 230v voltage adapter

Is this easy to use? spot tight? My wrist was hurt a few years ago, wanna seek for a handy tool.
