Have these been used in Northern Minn where temps go below negative 40F??

I have the 12 footer and it survived a northern wisconsin winter being buried under 8 foot drifts. I also made sure it was at an decent angle so it wasn't totally full when it froze.

Can you COUPLE 2 pipes without couplings

Yes you can couple 2 pipes without the use of couplings. They are essentially a male and female end to these pipes.

Can this be used with the adapter to hook to my downspout to move water from my foundation?

We bought the ADP53202 adapter and hooked to our downspout and it works great!
