Q: What is the biggest size diameter branch it will prune

1.75" cut using the Double Pulley Pruner and up to 6" with the 16" Tri-Cut Saw Blade

Q: Anyone tried using this with 4 pole extensions...24ft. Is it too flexible to work with at that lenght?

Yes it will be very flexible. If you use a 4' or 6' head pole it will take out a lot of wobble at the top and give more control of the saw blade. One important thing is to have the right pole angle that allows you rest the blade on the limb but not lift the hole pole. 6' poles will not always allow a good cutting angle. I cut a 6' pole into and attached a saw head to the male end and 1-1/4" cane tip to the female end giving me that needed flexibility. These poles will be hard to lift/raise, I park a riding mower front wheel by the base pole and lift the saw end and shove the pole against the tire to hold the base end and then lift the pole to a working position. At age 70 you find ways to git'er done.
