I ordered 2 of the size extra large towels for my sons, ages 13 and 10. We go to the pool and travel to the beach often and their regular towels are heavy, bulky, and take so long to dry. These towels are bigger than their others and fold up so much smaller. They're very absorbent and dry quickly. A couple of things to take into consideration....if you're looking for a soft, plush towel, this isn't it. It's made to fold compactly, travel well, and dry quickly, so the material has a thin, microfiber-ish feel. We don't mind this at all, but it is different than your regular beach towel. Also, since these are so lightweight, they do get picked up by the wind easily. I would recommend anchoring them down on the beach or a pool chair because they'll blow away quickly. Overall, we love these and will be purchasing a couple more.

Very impressed how absorbent these towels are especially concidering how thin they are. Great for packing for a trip, they use up much less space. Astonishing how quickly the towel dries.

This towel is very thin, but I think that's the point for quick drying. It folds small and fits into a nice carry-bag. Seems like a good purchase for my sunny vacation!

We have six of these, all in a different shade. Great quality. They wash well, absorb water well and don’t shrink in the dryer. We were even able to fold it them back up & put them back inside of the pouch they come in. I love that they save space too!

Finally a good quick drying towel that does what it says it does.
