No, it does not. However, with that said, it does clean easily, and the touch screen works without issues.

The product i received is too big for my phone. it measure 6.1 in, my s22 measure 6.1 diagonally but 5.9 vertically. what i am missing?

I do not know. I have an s22 and it fit my phone screen fine. Might be just an off-cut error on the screen protector you received?

Does it work with a Jeylly case

Have no idea what a jeylly case is, but it works with all 3 of my cases, one of which is a flexible silicon. With the flat screen of the s22, the protector stays well inside the edge so there shouldn't be a problem with any case.
