Hi, it can be programmed to use in Venezuela?

This is not set up to be an international machine. I am not fluent in programming this machine to the software a company would use in Venezuela. Your best bet is to communicate with a company based in Venezuela to see if they can program this to work with there software. All company have there on software to operating machines. I do not know what companies you have in Venezuela that operate in the credit card industry, nor do I speak anything other than English,this would make it hard for me to investigate anything further. I hope this sheafs a little light on the subject. Please look into the credit card industry in Venezuela, ask the if machine could be adapted to use on there network. Thanks! Jennifer

Can this terminal process pin transactions for payment depot?

Yes it can- but it has to be encrypted for your processor to work

Will this work with apple pay? one picture shows a nfc tap...

Does this machine need a pin pad for debit card transactions? Or can the user enter the pin on the machine itself?

To use the internal Pin Pad on this unit, your processor would have to have it injected with their encryption key.(Has to be sent to them). External Pin Pads can also be added to this machine. This is only required for Pin debit transactions.
