I purchased the Agaro blender less than 10 months ago, and unfortunately, it has already stopped working. While I understand that products can have issues, what’s completely unacceptable is the terrible customer service experience that followed. I raised a complaint with their customer support team and since then, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get any response or resolution. Every time I call customer support, I am assured that someone will contact me by 6:30 PM to resolve my issue, but no one ever does. I have made countless phone calls, each time getting the same false promises. I was told to submit the invoice and a video of the defective product, which I did. I even sent these details on WhatsApp to their representative whose number is always switched off. Despite all this, when I called customer care again, I was told that my details have been lost and I need to resend everything! How is it possible to run a customer service operation this poorly? This level of unprofessionalism is astounding. It’s clear that the company does not care about its customers or resolving issues in a timely manner. I have wasted an incredible amount of time and effort trying to get this issue fixed, and I am still without a working blender or any clarity on when it will be fixed. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product and brand at all costs. They don’t just sell unreliable products—they also provide horrible customer service.

The product is good not a give star though as the lid broke in just 3 months. But the service centre was very prompt to address the query and helped me sought the issue with getting be good discount for the new product
