Beautiful watch. Band and quality seem well made and solid. For anyone looking to remove a band link to resize the bracelet, use a needle. I tried a bunch of tools I had including actual link removal tools for normal watch bracelets but this one is so small it’s hard to get into but a needle worked like a charm.

Bought it for mom's birthday. Came in just in time, the packaging was very elegant and strong (even though it's made of recyclable material). She loved the look, elegant, and simple. Two-tone, goes with anything. Numbers on the face are dark, perfect size for older eyes, easy to read, so is the date. The wrist band is big but can be adjusted. the clasp is easy to handle especially for arthritic hands. She is happy with it and uses it all day long. She liked it, I liked it. Overall a good buy!

Petite but easy to read dial. Elegant. Ordered a watch from Fossil but the dial was too small to read and the clasp was awkward. This Citizen is much better.

This is a lovely watch with a dainty face and a thin band. I have very small wrists and I’m used to resizing watch bands to fit. I purchased a watch band sizing tool to remove the pins safely. The band has directional arrows indicating the pin removal direction, but no visible spot to remove the pins. It needs to be taken to a jeweler. It’s very disappointing because it’s a beautiful watch, but I don’t intend to spend more at a jeweler to resize it, and I could not find any videos on the citizen website with guidance. Very disappointing. I’ll be returning it. Edit: revising my review from 1 Star to 4 stars… after lots of fiddling and YouTube, we figured out how to size the band. Overall happy with the watch now, but still knocking off a star for the difficulty of resizing the band.

I was really happy when this watch arrived. I had ordered 3 watches and this one stood out above the others. It is sturdy construction and looks very nice. I was looking forward to having a watch that is easy to read at first glance. I consider it more of an "every day" watch as opposed to a dressy watch but you can really wear it with anything. I needed to take it to the jewelers to have it adjusted. After removing a couple of links, the watch fit perfectly.

On the pro side, overall I like my new bracelet watch. My biggest need was something I could read without my glasses and it fills the bill on that as it is easy to ready with my 60 year old eyes. I also like the two tone colors of silver and gold so I can wear it with any of my jewelry. It keeps time well. On the con side, I have a big wrist and it is loose as expected; however, if you have a small or average wrist it may be too loose. Because it is big, the clasp is getting scratched but so far after a few months of wear, the crystal is fine. By far the biggest complaint I have is the stem to pull to set the date (or move back and forth between daylight savings time) is almost impossible to pull out. In fact, neither my husband or me were able to pull it out with our fingernails; however, we were successful with the use of a tool. Bottom line, the watch fits my needs but it could be better with a couple of improvements in the overall design.

This watch is perfect - easy-to-read face, has the date, and the band is comfortable as well as two-tone, to go with any jewelry. My only problem with this has been the clasp sometime comes undone, and my watch is dangling from my wrist or worse, falling to the floor. There is no safety-chain for this. But I was looking for an "everyday" watch, and I have found it in this - dependable, stylish, comfortable, goes with everything - a wonderful watch!

Bought this as a gift for someone, these watches are like tiny little tanks, they are super durable, especially this gold finish, I'm surprised at how nice it looks after daily wear for over six months. Can't speak about how comfortable it is, but I've had a few citizen watches and I like them alright.

Good watch. Good base price. But, the customs duty in India is highly exaggerated. That said, the watch came on time. The courier was very bad. Terrible is the word. But the product is very good. The packing was very good. In the balance, it was a good deal.
