Not a "copy" ---it's an original
Is exactly as advertised, an actual part - not a "copy". Have installed & begun to use - no problems at all so far! Exact same part # as original so don't expect any issues --- just saving $!

A new replacement appears in great condition! I thank the Seller's prompt handling of this matter.
I initially had a problem, but have increased my rating, given that the Seller has promptly addressed my concern with a replacement. The new, replacement product seems to be in great condition, and I have been pleased with my previous orders of these cartridges. I recommend them! Thanks.

Affordable and It Works
The ink for my postage scale seems to go so quick and is so expensive. I was hesitant to try a product not made by the manufacturer, but it works just fine. I hope it lasts longer that the ink I have been purchasing.

Defective Product Received
This seller sold a faulty product. First, when I opened the "foil" package, there was red ink all over the place. When I installed the new cartridge, I got a "no cartridge found" error. I compared it with a different cartridge (same model) and it was missing some hardware that connects with the machine. No wonder it reads "no cartridge found!" If the seller would do anything to make this right, I wouldn't be so upset.

Worth the price
Currently using this product as the replacement ink cartridge for our machine. So far so good. At half the price of the name brand model, it seems worth it. Won't know if the yield is the same.

great value -- Neopost OEM cartridges are SO expensive
Hand it to the free market for providing us with high value generic printer consumables. Neopost's cartridges are priced to gouge!
