Nice product, cleans teeth thoroughly I have already bought 4 of these for my family members as well. Although 1 of them had a defect and stopped working after 6 months, but the customer care was super helpful and within a day the issue was mitigated by them.

Good Product, Great Customer Support
The product is decent, but I liked the customer service even more. After a few days of use, the toothbrush started making loud noises and eventually stopped working within a few months. Recently, I contacted customer support about the issue and they responded very well. They got in touch with me, listened to my concern and made sure that my product was replaced. I have started using the replaced product now and hope it works properly going forward.

The product is decent but nothing exceptional. After about 3 months of regular use, my brush suddenly stopped working. I was a bit disappointed, but I reached out to customer service and they were excellent. They processed the replacement quickly and I received the new brush within 10 days
