Gives a nice dull glow
Works very well gives a nice dull glow instead of looking like a blackboard finish

Great to re-black your fireplace
Easy to apply, and gives great results, turning my dull grey stove back to black cast iron. Gradually wears off and this depends how much you use the burner, ours took about 2 months. But it’s a 20 min job to re-black… so ok and it’s fairly cheap to buy.

My stove looks new again!
I've never bought anything to make my stove look new again before. My parents used to use something called Zebrite on stoves when I was a kid so knew it needed doing. Couldn't find that brand but I have a Stovax stove so this seemed like a good option. The reviews were a bit mixed but went for it. No need to worry. It was really easy to apply (I used an old sock on my hand with a sheet of kitchen roll inside) rubbed a few pea sized blobs on and it came out great. I'd say give the tube a shake before opening. It was quite runny at first which I wasn't expecting but a quick shake made it more consistent. As you can see form my photos, it looks great now. The before photo is a bit more exposed but you can clearly see how much better it looks after a 5 minute make over.
