Pros:+ SSD actually performs better than the 256GB original SSD which came with my Mac Pro+ works with APFS (apple's file system in High Sierra)+ macOS recognizes the drive as "internal"+ works so farCons:- it's minor, but the larger heatsink sticks out from the sides, which makes the drive look a lot different from original SSD. this doesn't cause any issues with the Mac Pro's casing or anything, so I don't think its worth deducting a star overNote: you may have to upgrade all the way to the latest version of macOS for the 'Restore from Time Machine Backup' option to work.
