Should I prime the wall before applying it? Any suggestions would be appreciated as we don't have any knowledge on it

Probably depends on what color the underlying wall is. My wall was a dark navy blue, so I did 2 coats of a good thick white primer before I applied this. If you've got any concern about color bleed through, be safe and use a primer. The quart was more than enough to do 2 coats, with enough left over to spot treat on areas where my roller didn't get great coverage, and I'm very happy with the result. Basically a 125" screen and the picture is fantastic, with no color bleed through from the wall. I finished with a "vibrancy enhancing felt tape border" which gave the screen a real professional look. Highly recommend the product.

I was looking to apply this to a canvas, would i need to prime for this application?

You can paint directly on the canvas without a primer. Make sure you put 2 coats of the screen paint on. It is not a good idea to fold the canvas as it might crack the paint. If you need to roll the canvas up, do it loosely.

can you recommend a paint spray that matches with this color? I need to paint my in-wall speaker grille to match this color. Thank you

Our screen paint is a very bright white. I would just look for the brightest white spray paint that you can find to paint your speaker grille.
