Perfect for What I Needed
This pull-up bar is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn’t take up any extra space and fits neatly in the door frame. Most importantly, it feels very sturdy and secure when I use it. The way it distributes the pressure against the door frame makes me feel much safer compared with other designs I’ve seen. It was also easy to adjust and install. Once tightened properly, it feels solid and stable. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Great pull up bar im much stronger now
Works great and I do not think about it much anymore rather then just doing pull ups all the time. Make sure you have a strong doorframe though. I installed mine just in the hallway

Been trying to find one like this for years, finally success! Great pull up bar, great price too
Yay! Finally a non clunky, non extra hardware, non-drilling installing, non-damaging pull up bar! And it feels really secure. I only weigh 130 so it's not a hardcore assurance, but I hang upside down from it because it feels that strong. The installation is as easy as when I installed these giant grab bars in my mom's shower, I could hang off of those too. The only concern I would add is that if your door isn't super strong, it may get a little damaged. Which is another sign of the stability of the bar itself. But I have metal door frames. If you have wooden frames or something is not perfectly solid, it might damage it as some other reviewers mentioned. Even my solid metal frame made a little adjustment sound when I tightened the bar all the way. Oh, and for 40 bucks, it's also a really good price, I would have paid more to have a no nonsense pull up bar. I attached it by myself but ideally either stand on a chair while doing it so you have an easier time looking at the balance bubbles for horizontal evenness or have someone help you. It is not a lightweight bar! Which, again, is good for the stability. Highly recommend. Oh, and I don’t recommend hanging upside down, I only do that when someone is there to spot me, even with a foam cushion underneath me.

Does the job well, holds up, wish it just adjusted a bit easier
I wish it was easier to get it to cling and move about. I like to use different heights for different calisthenic exercises, and it works great for those positions. It's wide enough that it fits an opening that has no door stop or trim, and the sides are load bearing and structural, so I'm not afraid of breaking something. But it does make the frame groan a bit if I tighten it too much. It can take my weight and even me standing on it and jumping a bit. So far, I expect it to hold up well and I trust it. I also expect to have to clean the frame every now and then to keep it smooth as well as the surface of the grip, all to keep the friction up. It hasn't left any marks yet and I've not managed to get it to fail without loosening it. While it takes some time to adjust to different heights, it's easier to use, can travel with me and definitely stores easier than a pull up stand.

Love
This would have been so dope to keep, unfortunately with the door frame I have it would eventually break it so I had to return. Overall it’s easy to use and assemble, the grip is strong AF, and the most convenient part of it is you can still close your door with it up. Wish I could keep this but will definitely buy again when I have the right frames. Strong sturdy material, sleek design.

Good value, sturdy
This is a very cost effective pull-up bar that works really good in a normal large door frame. This was too big for my closet door frame but a perfect size for the room door frame. It seems pretty sturdy, I weigh about 195 lbs and it holds my weight just fine. Importantly, I can also close this door when I'm done and just leave the bar there. I'm just working on hanging and grip strength but if I ever want to get into proper pull-ups, this will be great.

Looks very well made.
I ordered this because it had the largest mounting brackets I could find wit simple adjustment. I only gave it 4 stars because I didn't actually get to use it. Upon closer examination on the door frame where I planned to use it I found that it was a pre-hung door in a frame of MDF that was shimmed into place. If I had tried to support my weight on this thing I would have destroyed the door frame. Caveat: sadly, MDF is everywhere these days. It stands for medium density fiberboard, and it basically amounts to cardboard made from wood fibers. It's crap, but is used because it's cheap, easy to make in different shapes, and easy for inexperienced carpenters to work with. It chips and breaks easily, and warps almost immediately when exposed to moisture. Make sure you have solid wood door frames before buying this product. P.S. I also bought the companion support brackets for this product. Had to send them back too.

Perfect home Pull up bar
Feels good quality solid and has some weight to it. Fitting was very quick and simple just extend both ends to snug fit of your door frame then rotate central bar until you can’t move it, tighten up covers on each end and you are done. 3mins to put up if that. I did a hang test, then started jerking on it to see if it slipped, didn’t budge. The only issue is wide arm pull ups can not be done due to door frame size and pull up bar not wide enough for that exercise. However great for morning back stretch. Far better than others I have used where sponge falls apart, imbalance causes it to fall of the door frame or causes damage. This is not that type, well engineered and wuick to install or remove if needed.

Eu sou bem pesado, mas a barra aguentou
Recomendo.

Actually works..
Okay guys this one actually works. Tried other products of its kind but none of those ever felt safe to use. This one locks in so tight that it wont budge not even when going for some explosive pull ups. highly recommended.
