Yes, I bought the King sized pillows, one for me one for my husband. It was perfect for me and for my husband, who likes a firmer pillow, I put his in a Queen/Full pillowcase and it worked perfectly. The King sized pillows are large enough that you can easily adjust them to suit your needs.

what is the power fill?

It doesn't have anything I could fill that has powerfill. They go flat when you lay on them
