Worth it for doing the McMaster Method of fecal egg counting.
To do the McMaster method you need this slide, and although it was $16 for one slide it is completely worth it. I do fecal egg counts for my small ruminants on my farm (over 50 head) and it is very easy to use and do the test. The only thing I regret is not buying more!!

Great slide for fec!
This is a great slide for fec (fecal egg counts)! Not sure how I'd attempted them before using this slide. It acts with capillary effect for both chambers, and viewing is perfect under 40x. Use this for my horses and have found the results to be fantastic, grids make counting as well as viewing samples easy and straightforward...highly recommend for any biologist, vet tech, or personal use for viewing their horses fec and non-resistant worming methods!

Goat Fecals
I purchased this as part of my home set up to do fecals on my Nigerian Dwarf herd. This works awesome to be able to accurately count eggs.

It is good value for the money. On the downside, the material is plexiglass, which eventually turns opaque. Top quality McMaster slides are made from glass but cost 10x as much.
