Easy to swallow. Great product

My 15 y.o. son has been taking these daily for over a year and they help him get the energy he needs and keep him healthy as he doesn't always eat well. He takes along with fish oil and low dose stimulant for adhd and we have seen a huge difference in his focus, motivation, organization, and he's doing great in high school. These are a huge benefit because they contain the right vitamins and minerals the doctors recommend for adhd. They are large but he has no trouble swallowing them. He says he notices he doesn't have as much energy when he doesn't take them so I know they help. Good price too, believe me I have done my research. :)

My 11 (almost 12) son began taking these vitamins approx 1 month ago... I love them, it has helped with regulating his energy levels, attention span, and motivation. My son has ADHD and has been on meds back and forth his entire life. A while back I decided to wein my son back off of his meds. He did great for a while, but then... I refused to put him back on pills that made him a zombie and unlike himself. These vitamins have made such a difference! No, it didn't 'cure' him, but the changes are definitely noticeable. We will definitely continue to use this as a supplement for him. Even he says he feels more calm and focused without the drain effect that some of the meds had on him. He did (at first complain of a slight aftertaste, but add an extra glass of water and it's fine. Also, this will change the color of their urine, no need to worry- again, drink more water! We may add some fish oil and and extra B12 for an additional boost, but I am very pleased! You cant go wrong here! Update: I have ordered these twice now and will continue to do so!

The product I recieved has this label but is not a chewable like the picture someone posted. It is a large tablet. Probably a great vitamin but my kids can't swallow this.

These were recommended to me by a nutritionist after my teen was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I was hesitate to buy them based on the comments regarding the taste and smell. Getting her to take any pill is a battle. I do admit the bottle smells pretty awful when you open it, but a single pill has minimal smell and taste. It wasn't an issue. Also, I have to say that her coloring noticeably changed to a more healthy glow within a week of taking the vitamins. I didn't hardly believe it was related. Then she skipped 3 or 4 days of vitamins during the rush of studying for school exams, and her complexion turned back pale and lost the "glow". There was no doubt that we were are able to see a positive difference when she takes the vitamins.
