Used on a portable urinal today. Had alot of scale build-up. Worked like a charm! Exactly as advertised. Would recommend to anyone.

This stuff is great. I was a little skeptical because I didn’t think if it would work and it worked better than I expected. We have a urinal in the master bathroom and it built up a lot of gross stuff in the bottom. I tried scrubbing with a pumice with little results. I poured in the Nyco, waited 15-20 minutes, and the built up scale stuff was all gone. I had to do very little scrubbing with a toilet brush. No more yucky urine smell. Definitely will purchase again.

Cleaned two urinals in our church building. Did a good job. Will buy again Thor future cleaning.

When I was considering whether to buy this product, I asked the AI assistant whether one needed protective gear while using it, and AI said that it didn't know. When I received the product, however, I read on the label that one should wear protective gear (gloves, eye protection, mask) while using it because it contains hydrochloric acid, even the fumes of which are dangerous. Now I am too afraid to use it, both in terms of personal safety and for fear of damaging my plumbing. The AI assistant needs to give accurate information to queries. I would not have bought this product had I known that I was buying hydrochloric acid.

Expensive but does the job.
