Verified purchase 9-2023, So far so good no major complaints had it flicker once could have been due to wiring hasn't happened since and that was a month after I bought it. It's quiet enough to have a small radio in a room 12'x12' on low volume and be able to hear it. The ballast has a soft start feature meaning it doesn't draw a massive power surge when starting up slow and quiet, takes a minute or so to get up to full brightness. I will see what happens in say 2 yrs. But 8mos and it's still working fine.

Do not waste your time
Lights worked fine for about 2 1/2 months. Then all of a sudden the lights go out and won't come back on. Luckily I had some back ups.
