Our doctor recommended this brand of ADK, and we have been taking it daily for 3 years. It's the brand he takes. It's part of our daily regimen of supplements and vitamins and minerals, all with the hope of fighting environmental issues, heavy metals, nutritional deficiencies and more. I know I might sound a little nutty with this, but I'm a normal mom who is really just trying to get control of all the variables that impact health, and this supplement is one of them. It's worth it and it's a small pill to swallow so if you worry about size on supplements, this one is tiny.
