Easy to use Disappointed that it would not convert a PDF to word

All I wanted to be able to do was replace simple text strings in a pdf but it looks like this program only deals in images. On top of that it seems to have messed up my file structure and now when I save or download something it puts it in a strange place in a strange format. I've been emailing the company but I've got the feeling that their support people are in Germany (10 hr time difference), not the US, based on how long its taking them to respond for my messages to them.

Still learning this, so many things my over 10 yr old Adobe program on my last computer could do and this can't. I can't set temporary guid lines on the margin ruler to allign things with, and I'm having a hard time trying to learn how to make a fillable form that can be emailed and maybe it can't do that at all as I have had no luck yet getting that to work. Very basic program and seems like children created created it.

The media could not be loaded. I always wanted to have Adobe PDF so that I could scan documents and organized documents. Even though I’m still learning this software, I love the fact, that I can create pdf documents from my scanner and add documents from current pdf files. I only give this software 4 stars because, the install software was didn’t start or open accordingly when press to install, took a long time. Also because the cd have some scratches on it, and the CD is not the current version of the software, as it needs to do an update to fix small issues with it. Eventually I had to download a copy of the new version from the internet to burn on a disc and have it for safekeeping. But in general it seems like a great software that gives the ability to do a lot things, from converting documents into PDF, link pages, add a digital signature to documents.

This is NOT a user intuitive piece of software. The user interface needs updating. I was unable to find the menu I needed to change settings. Even after using the Help manual the software did not respond properly.If you have patience, you can get the software to work. Ot should have been designed to mimic text editing software.

This PDF Editing Software isn't worth the box it's packaged in! I needed something on my laptop to edit PDF shop drawings with, when I'm working away from my main PC. It's really SLOW, and it doesn't even recognize most of the text on the page. I normally use Adobe Pro, but I thought maybe I could find something a little cheaper, and that you don't need a monthly subscription to, since I wouldn't be using it that much...WRONG! This is getting sent back!
