Save my butt when I was up on the roof of the garden shed. I don't always like the ones that have two arms, the fewer things coming on to me are off of me while I'm up on a roof, the better. Easy to use and very durable. Works great with my harness and makes me feel more secure.

I climb towers. I use these to hold me in position while working up there. It frees up both hands, and the strong construction not only is safe, but gives you a level of confidence. I have to trust my gear with my life. Though I have and use my fall protection gear, these positioning straps are built just as tough, and seem to be wearing well. This is my second pair. Not because they wore out, but because they didn't and I need a backup set.

This positioning landyard is a great safety equipment to add to your climbing as a professional and an avid tower climber. It helps you a better and safer works practice than others unit that I worn. Very adjustable to the size poles or trees for easy climbing.

This thing works wonders for me. I'm an ironworker and we need position lanyards for everything we do. Having both hands free is a must at work. This makes my job much easier. I don't know how they will last because I've noticed that the threads are already starting to come apart. I wish it was a bit longer as well. I work with wide steel that it can't wrap around sometimes.

I purchased this for use with my climbing harness to work on my amateur radio towers. Just used it today to do some work on my HDBX-48 tower. This tower gets progressively smaller as you go up so having an adjustable lanyard is nice. I have a 2nd point of attachment (positioning) to the tower on the front ring of my harness to use when changing lanyard length. I feel very safe climbing with this. May get a 2nd and keep them at different lengths.

I needed something to guarantee zero fall footage. This non-shock absorbing version keeps me exactly where I might fall, not a few feet toward or even over the edge of the roof. Perfect!

Works as it should - nice heavy duty clips and seems quite durable.

I use this for work positioning (fall prevention) when climbing my amateur radio tower. I wrap it around the tower and clip it to the hip loops on my harness, so I can lean back and work with both hands. The quality seems good and I like that the length is adjustable. I usually adjust it to be almost as short as it goes for my tower. I also keep a fall arrest lanyard connected to the tower at all times for safety while I'm climbing and working. Users need to understand the difference between fall prevention and fall arrest. This strap is good for prevention but is not suitable for fall arrest in most cases as it does not absorb shock from a fall. It has been perfect for my needs.

Use this for work securing ladder to messenger. feel very secure with this holding me to ladder
